Our Mayfield premises are being closed down after Easter. Most services will still be offered by SPaNK...we will just come to you or hire out alternative venues for special occassions until we get the opportunity to acquire another space.
SPaNK is a part of a network that constitutes a continually expanding collaboration of several small businesses and sole traders with unique services and skills in our region, within the alternative arts and entertainment spectrum. The uniqueness of this business is it combines cutting edge services that are predominantly seen in the major cities of the world. For example, Burlesque and vintage style pin-up are having an enormous worldwide resurgence that Newcastle is only just beginning to taste.
Services offered by the art space included, alternative art exhibitions, photographic services and studio, Burlesque dance and tease tuition, cult film nights, a range of events, hen’s night entertainment packages, models and performers, and general interest workshops. I am a Newcastle based Burlesque performer & instructor, hen's party host, model, photographer, alternative events organiser and more!
